About Mary
Mary Roy works with adults, teens, older adults, couples and families in California in secure video sessions. She brings a keen interest and deep respect to the art and science of psychotherapy.
Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 2003, she supports clients in navigating change. Her goal is to help you gain a deeper understanding of your situation, yourself and the patterns in relationships, which keep you from living your life to it’s fullest potential.
Mary opened her private practice in 2004 and has also held both clinical and leadership roles in mental health programs in Northern California. She has also worked as a consultant, implementing effective treatment programs for adults, children, teens and families.

Approach
